OK, so it has been a while since ive posted but im back baby and today i have a great story. former drummer for the band megadeath nick menza passed away on may 21st. menza was in a recording studio in California where he passed out during a set. the producer that was there with him said it looked like he had a seizure but he wasn’t breathing. ems worked with menza for almost 30 min trying to bring him back.although none of the attempts were successful  drugs may have been the cause but he said he had been clean for almost 8 years

after everything settled they said that he passed away from congestive heart failure that just goes to show that when ever you do drugs you have signed for your deathbed. In his memory i have put together a top 3 megadeath song list from the 90s

OK for number 3 we have sweating bullets its amazing going from an evil sounding Rif to a crazy sounding Dave mastaine on vocals. it was my first thrash song and certainly will always be in my top 5 megadeath list

holy  wars 

from the song talking about political issues to the crazy rifts this song goes all the way.I recently saw this song live at Carolina rebellion and they were awesome as ever although menza wasn’t with them.

this song has to be my favorite song of all time it just hits me in the right spot. this was one of megadeaths most popular songs even though dave did try to remake it. the original was so great it made up for it

 

 

So I really have enjoyed doing these blogs and I really would consider it as a helpful way to get information and to help spread your ideas and thoughts to others. But just as there is a whole bunch of good thrash bands there is a bunch more death metal and screamo. The point I am trying to make here is that is was fun but it was hard work. I had a deadline of when these post had to be typed and published. This giving me more homework to do. but I would have to say the most challenging part was the ideas I don’t know how many times I restarted on each post if I didn’t like it then it was deleted out. Really I don’t know why this site charges for a real name or a better tool bar because it is really hard to make money of this I mean maybe bands have people buy there albums through here but I honestly don’t know. It really is something to see how any body can access my website which means I could be famous which I highly doubt I ever will but seeing the internet form was awesome going from windows xp to now windows 10 or whatever macs got but still wow. which makes me wonder if something that was considered very crazy and weird can go up to a big time economic player in the country then what can I do with a simple blog. well its that time again thrashers thanks for the support Metal Force One has landed.

Everybody loved the 80s it gave birth to a lot of music, games, and even the microwave. But one thing stood out to me was  Thrash. There is Just Something about Being in the pit and dancing around. Even Though i was not alive to experience the 80s. I still enjoy the music.On this list i will be going by  over all music quality. So lets Begin

If you know thrash then Overkill has to be in your top 10 Bobby blitz has one epic voice and he can really work a crowd. you also have the fact that bobby is almost 50 years old and his voice has never changed. My favorite song by them is Iron bound.Which yes i know its newer. but it proves bobby could keep it up even longer. Also if you did not know bobby also had a stroke while onstage and kept on singing the line. Dude that guy is tough

You have the epic Megadeth. One of the first thrash bands although they have mellowed out there countdown to extinction album was there best one in my opinion. It had a lot of heavy stuff on it. like symphony of destruction which is my favorite song by them. The one thing that i honestly think could be better is that Dave Mastaine should not remake the same song. Return to hanger 18 anybody.

Although there not thrash anymore dude rage really rocked the house back in the 80s. A good example would be there album perfect man it has a lot of heavy stuff on it. The one bad thing about this band is since they are not that big so not many people now who they are. They think your talking about rage against the machine or something like that. but yes the older the heavier just like most bands now days.

You knew it was coming Metallica. Just wow i am a big fan of there first four albums but if i had to choose one it be MASTER OF PUPPETS because its 100 pure american thrash. Also in master of puppets (the song ) Kirk Hammet is an epic guitarist he can go from a fast hard trash riff to a slow classic rock sounding riff. I know that there not thrash anymore but still to be able to shred that epic is awesome. Metallica is one epic band i recommend hearing them. but yeah who hasn’t heard a Metallica song.

Dude if you haven’t heard these guys than stop reading and search them right now. okay so metal church in my opinion  is really borderline thrash. There songs are not as heavy as other thrash bands but there songs are really powerful like back in the 80s (if you didn’t know) people accused heavy metal for a lot of overdoses and suicides. So they decided that they were going to tell america how wrong they were and how much they cared about there opinions. They also told about world problems. this one of the greatest bands. They broke up after the big thrash craze died. They recently got back together a couple years ago. Waiting for the 2nd album guys.

 

There you have it guys my epic awesome list of bands. I hope you enjoyed reading as much as it was fun typing it and stay tuned next week for my top 5 list of power metal bands till next time thrashers Metal Force One has landed.

 

 

As somebody who values heavy metal and rock. I would say that this band rocks in all the right places. If you get what I am saying. You have the guitar sounds of Judas Priest and the heavy power sounds of Helloween. This band is a must listen to for the fact of sheer awesomeness. Now it isn’t the heaviest band out there. Which may change some of your opinions But I may change your mind

So the technical paragraph. The band has an awesome sound it is so clean and well put together. If you can find it they put out an LD (limited edition) metal is forever, best of, box set that is really good it even has some old cover tunes by Iron Maiden DIO and many more

So if you can’t find this album then you can just grab any album. The reason for this is that they don’t really ever change there sound which in turn might change your mind right there. But if you think about it did Journey or Styx ever change there’s. And that didn’t stop them from hitting gold and platinum. But what I am trying to say is give them a chance.

 

 

Now History with the maniac. Primal Fear was formed by Ralf Scheepers and Matt Sinner in 1997 as a power metal band. You see Ralf left the band Gamma Ray in hopes of taking the place of lead singer of Judas Priest but was turned down. Then magic happened Him and matt formed Primal fear and took the world by storm. They signed a record deal with nuclear blast a made an LP. When it made it into the top charts they knew they had a bright future.

 

This Band is Amazing I Would recommend this to anybody. if You are just getting into power metal then you should really listen to these guys. Of course there not the heaviest band and that really doesn’t bother me and whenever you can combine the sounds of Judas priest and a power metal band than you double my opinion of the band. This band may sound like its some emo screaming music. But there not this band has a really powerful orchestrated sound although there not thrash they really are close.There known for there singer(Russell Allen)  who is in the band Symphony x. although this band started in 2011 they have had a lot potential. The band gives of this power feel  i recommend the album and here is why.

The technical stuff. This band has a great sound imagine a border line thrash band. Like i said the band may not be the heaviest but its got some thrash aspects to it. Allen’s  voice is extremely easy to understand. They can transition from a heavy song to a lighter slower power metal song extremely well and even though they sound like a heavy version of Symphony x.  They have a great power metal sound.

Which album should you buy? well if i had to choose a album. I would choose there Omerta album. which has got my favorite song by them on it. The song is called (all on the line) it is epic.  I will be adding this song on the bottom of this blog post.

Should we be happy that this is taking over? Like i said this is a rocking band it really is up to you if you like it or not.But in my opinion if metal sounds like this in the future then we we will know that metal hasn’t died and it never will.

Okay rockers, This band really has put up a good fight for my top 10 i would recommend this as a first band to let your kids listen to. It really is a great band. Oh and if you go to a record store they most likely will have this band in the rock section. Okay that is all for now thrashers till next time Metal force one has landed.

I just got my first car so I decided that I would do a different blog post. This blog  will give an opinion of what 5 great first cars are  under 5,000 dollars . lets begin

okay so the first car would have to be (1993 to 2003)Hyundai accent it will run you about 1000to2000 this little car is the cheapest of the list. The average horsepower rating is right around 95 to 105. Now this being said you will not have a rocket ship. it gets right around 28 city /35 highway though which means it will save gas and it will be a great car to take on road trips.

The next car we have is the(1996to2001)Audi A4 it is one of the most expensive it costs on average 2500 to 3500 although you get a sporty sedan packing 150 to 180 HP. Which may not sound like much but you also get Audis all wheel drivetrain(or AWD for short) which gives you a happy feeling when you take off now for a 1.8 liter or 2.6 liter this car gets okay gas mileage (24 city 27 highway)  

The third car is a (1992 -2002) ford mustang. it may sound a little cliché but its a fast quick car it packs the most power out of the list at 150 – 305 HP. it also is fairly reliable and parts aren’t that expensive. there is a v6 model which is a little under powered but it still has 150 HP which is more than most v6s of that era. The gas mileage isn’t that great, The base coupe only getting 17-26 miles to the gallon

 

One of the priciest cars in the list if you can find it the 2005 dodge magnum. This one is probably the quickest it fly’s. It has right around 250 HP OUT OF A V6 its really crazy. Now dodge has had drivetrain issues in the past so you may want to be wary about that. but other than that its really awesome. The millage is okay it gets 18-26 miles to the gallon. This car is fun I can remember when my dad took me in one WE CAUGHT AIR OVER A HILL and the car took the landing as if nothing happened. He then floored it and dang it will put you back into your seat  

And for number one the 2004 GMC Envoy this car is great. Okay first the motor has been rated to last until 500,000 miles. The car has really cheap parts even if something does happen it wont be that much to fix just make sure that you have the spare tire assembly they like to brake and fall out. Now the performance the v6 puts out 275 HP. The gas milage  SUCKS it gets 14-19 which means you will have to spend money on gas. 0-60 on this car is right around 6 seconds for a SUV its crazy
